Today is a special day because today you will learn:

Why our country

The United States of America is great!

And why you are great!

 

To begin our patriotic program, please stand

As together we pledge allegiance to our country:

Patriotism is love for one’s country.

 

American Patriotism is love for the Americans who made our country

And the Golden Rules she stands-for:

American Patriotism is love for the Americans who keep Our Golden Rules

And love for the Americans who protect our country.

 

Our American Golden Rules show us the way:

To do - What is Right! 

To be - A Good Person!

And To be - All That We Can Be!

 

Our American Golden Rules and Good Americans are what make our country great.

 

We hold this to be Good!

We hold this to be Right!

That all people are created equal

That all people are made the same

With a Heart!  And a Soul!

With a Body!  And a Mind!

That no one is better than you are

That you are no better then someone else

That it is wrong to bully someone else

That it is wrong to make-fun-of someone else

 

That all people are given by their Creator

Certain rights that they are born with

That among these rights are:

 

¶ LIFE ¶

 That it is Good! / That it is Right!

For all people to Live

 ¶ LIBERTY ¶

 That it is Good! / That it is Right!

For all people to be Free 

¶ And the pursuit of HAPPINESS ¶

 That it is Good! / That it is Right!

For all people to be Happy

 

And we do want to be Happy - Don't we?

Of course we do!

Give yourselves a big heartfelt round of applause!

 

With the Declaration of Independence

Our forefathers stated their strong belief

In the Rights, the Goodness, of all people

And a new and free nation was born, our country:

The United States of America.

 

The Constitution of our country

The law of our land

Promises

That the Rights, the Goodness, of all people

Will be respected and protected.

 

To quote our Sixteenth President

This is what that great man said to us

Of the people, by the people, for the people

Shall not perish, disappear, from the earth.”

Smoking cigarettes will damage - Your Good Life!

Drinking alcohol will weaken - Your Powerful Life!

 Your Good Life!  Your Powerful Life!  Your Precious Life!  Your Only Life!

American Patriotism is really a good way of living.

We are forever thankful to them and we shall always hold their patriotism close to our hearts.
