He believes that the undeniable principles of:

HONOR - To be Good ¶ LIBERTY - To be Free

EQUALITY - To be One ¶ JUSTICE - To be Fair ¶ HUMANITY - To be Kind

for which we stand are the foundation of the Constitution of the United States of America.

And that these undeniable principles are truly a most worthy guideline for all Americans to follow

especially Our Children in regards to Character Development.

He believes that all people are created equal

meaning that all people are made the same

with a heart and a soul / with a body and a mind.

That all people are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable, natural, rights

that among these natural rights are:

LIFE - The right for all people to Live

LIBERTY - The right for all people to be Free

And the pursuit of HAPPINESS - The right for all people to be Happy

And that these rights for which we stand, the foundation of the United States Declaration of Independence,

are the elemental design to humanity's existence

and the lifeblood of all freedom loving people in the world.

He believes that it is only proper and only right

that Americans acknowledge and appreciate

the immense human sacrifice that has been given in suffering and in death

by so many of our Honorable and Brave Patriotic American men and women

made-up of all races, colors and creeds

to uphold the undeniable principles for which we stand

and to defend the unalienable rights to which all people are endowed.

This conviction has been and always will be the driving force behind Operation Red, White and Blue.

As Petty Officer Cava simply and forthrightly explains it:

"If an American was saved by a fellow American from harm - death and destruction,

shouldn't that American be eternally thankful?"

In conclusion, Petty Officer Cava believes that Honorable Americans,

and the undeniable principles and unalienable rights for which we stand

are what make the United States of America truly the greatest nation in the world.
